If you purchase merchandise directly from SilverGallery.biz, to return merchandise with or without defects up to Ten (10) day from the shipping date,
not arrival date, if accompanied by the invoice for a refund of the purchase price, but, not the shipping charges.
Merchandise Engraved or Embroider can not be returned.
If you beleive an error has happened with Engraving or Embroidery, then check your Invoice and contact SilverGallery.Biz by email firstname.lastname@example.org .
Upon receiving you package, you must examine the package, if damage by shipping company, contact shipping company for resolution for damage package.
Upon opening package and finding merchandise damaged or missing, but package is without damage, you must notify SilverGallery.biz at email@example.com immediately. SilverGallery.biz will not consider any claim for damaged or missing merchandise after seven (7) business day from shipping date.
SilverGallery.biz ships merchandise to original buyer free from defects in materials and/or workmanship from the date of shipment for a period of Ten (10) days. If merchandise is found to have manufacturing weakness, then SilverGallery.biz will, at its 0ption, repair or replace defective merchandise (or at SilverGallery.biz sole discretion, refund the purchase price). This replacement does not cover damage due to external causes, including, but not limited to, accident, abuse, misuse, problems caused by failure to provide a suitable environment or proper handling of merchandise.
To be returned, you must email Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org, to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Upon receiving your RMA number you shall ship you merchandise immediately. Do not call for a RMA number till you are ready to ship merchandise same day. You must ship the merchandise in the original packaging and condition, unused and uncut packaging. The merchandise should be in the original wrapping unused. You must prepay shipping charges and accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.
SilverGallery.biz will not ship a replacement or exchange until we have received the returned merchandise.
THE RETURNED PACKAGE MUST CONTAIN A COPY OF AN ORIGINAL SALE INVOICE OR RECEIPT CONTAINING THE PRICE OF THE RETURNED MERCHANDISE. Returned merchandise must be in "new" condition, and be in the original packaging with all packaging within the package and within the individual merchandise package. Return original package will have RMA number visible on exterior of package and sealed. The package is to be sent prepay shipping charges and acknowledged risk of loss or damage of package being returned.
Any returned merchandise shipped without a RMA visible on the exterior of the package, shipped without complying with every requirement within the RETURN section maybe returned or rejected by SilverGallery.biz.
If merchandise is returned, but not damaged in anyway, but not in compliance with the above return policy, if accepted, SilverGallery.biz at its sole discretion will charge a restocking fee of twenty-five percent (25%)
SilverGallery.biz will at it sole discretion then accept merchandise returns without defects, if merchandise is unused, in original package, nothing missing and acceptable to resell to YOU. If SilverGallery.biz does choose to accept the merchandise return, then, the above return procedures must be followed and a RESTOCKING FEE OF TWENTY-FIVE % (25%) WILL BE CHARGED AGAINST YOUR PAYMENT METHOD OR YOU WILL RECEIVE STORE CREDIT REDUCED BY RESTOCKING FEE IF OUTSIDE THE (10) TEN DAYS ALLOWANCE.
There is no warranty beyond SilverGallery.biz above policies. There is no warranties of any kind, no expressed or implied, including non-infringement and any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. No oral or written information, photographs, advertisement or advice given by SilverGallery.biz, its agents or employees shall create any type of warranties. The information and pictures found on SilverGallery.biz website is only representation of merchandise you shall receive.
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange merchandise with or without defects up to Ten (10) day from the shipping date,
not arrival date, if accompanied by the invoice for a refund of the purchase price, but, not the shipping charges. Refunds for items returned within (10) TEN days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than (10) TEN days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.
